If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, KitchenFixicy may arrange or cover the return shipping cost, subject to review and approval.

For returns due to reasons other than a product issue, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will determine whether the return qualifies for a refund or replacement.

If approved, we may offer:

For Cash on Delivery orders, refund arrangements will be communicated directly with the customer.

If your parcel appears damaged at the time of delivery, please take photos or video evidence before opening it where possible and contact us promptly.
